We rise by lifting others.

Talent matters when it increases the capability of the people around us. We learn quickly, share what we know and make the team stronger than any individual contribution.

How we choose people

We look for people who want to learn quickly without pretending to know everything already; who have a real interest in artificial intelligence, science, engineering, product or sales; and who find energy in real problems, not only in demos.

Disciplined curiosity
Ask questions, study, and change your mind when the evidence calls for it.
Merit in the work, not the noise
Bring prepared, verifiable contributions that help the team.
Autonomy with responsibility
Take initiative, make work status visible, and ask for help early enough.
Personal growth
Treat each engagement as deliberate practice: learn, document and make what you understand reusable.

How we work together

Competitiveness and hard work matter when they serve a shared outcome. We challenge ideas, not people; the person closest to the problem brings context, the person building exposes constraints and trade-offs, and the person leading the relationship does not promise what the system cannot support.

Evidence before certainty
A strong thesis is welcome; a better proof can change it.
One team close to the process
Research, engineering, product and commercial work stay connected to the real work and its consequences.
Commercial clarity
Selling means making the problem, possible value and limits legible—not pushing technology regardless.
Shared responsibility
Decisions, criteria, errors and learning do not stay implicit or get handed to another function.

Explicit responsibilities

Giovanni leads product, process and the partner relationship; Lorenzo leads architecture, engineering and evaluation. Collaborators join scoped work under the founders’ technical supervision.

One piece of shared evidence

The founders won the Spring AI Hackathon in Trieste and the Città Generativa hackathon in Udine together. It is evidence of collaboration under pressure, not a commercial metric or proof of individual roles.
