Two roadmaps
A partner Capability Roadmap orders what that organisation may decide to pursue, test, wait on, scale or retire. The 38 Frontier Labs Roadmap describes the evolution of the lab, its method and artefacts.
Conflating the two would make an internal direction look like a commercial promise. They remain separate.
A verifiable conversation
We share non-public materials only when they are current, authorised and relevant. The first meeting clarifies the thesis, horizon, required evidence and confidentiality boundaries.
